Dr. Zajdel’s new office is located at the “Park on the Green” building complex. The address is 37899 West 12 Mile Rd., Building C, Suite 110.
It is located on the south side of 12 Mile Road, just west of Halsted Road. The new office phone number is (248) 994-9090. From M-5, take the 12 Mile Rd Exit and head East.

From I-696, take the Orchard Lake Rd Exit and head north to 12 Mile Rd. Turn left onto 12 Mile Rd and head west until you cross Halsted Rd. You can take the 2nd turn-around lane to get into the parking lot entrance.
